Katrina has acquired an intimate knowledge of approaches of healing which include modalities such as essential oils, energy-based practices, psychic abilities, yoga, meditation, and nutrition. She is certified in Reconnection healing, Reiki, Yoga RTY200. She has traveled and attended spiritual retreats with Sound Healer, Tom Kenyon, Dom Inacio De Loyola House in Abadiania, Brazil five times, and a yoga retreat in Nepal.
