Sophia Grace Center for Nutrition, Health, and Spirituality provides an atmosphere of simplicity, education and encouragement for the whole self- body, mind, and spirit- to be known, embraced, nourished and loved. Laura has been a registered dietitian for over 30 years, helping people of all ages to improve their health and manage disease through proper nutrition. She has been a spiritual director for over 9 years, providing spiritual direction for individuals and groups. Laura is also a gifted speaker for a variety of presentations and retreats. Laura's practice, Sophia Grace stands for wisdom and grace of the human body. Sophia Grace resides in everyone but often we become disconnect in our busy day to day lives. Laura helps to empower others with tools to reconnect to their own wisdom and grace.
