I am a Registered Dietitian in the Houston Texas metro area and have been practicing in the field of dietetics for 14 years. My experience includes diet counseling, menu planning, nutrition assessment, facility coverage, mock surveys, presentations. With a passion for the nutrition field, I strive to help clients achieve their nutritional goals through behavior change and utilizing motivational interviewing and counseling. In addition, I believe that everyone deserves access to a healthy and nutritious lifestyle regardless of socioeconomic background or perceived societal norms. However, my special interests are PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome, gestational diabetes, Diabetes Type I and Type II, and behavioral health.
